Modern art deco lounge area was very nice and relaxing. The background music in the lounge and restaurants was high fidelity quality and pleasing to listen to. The hotel restaurant and breakfast was very good. The room and bathroom was immaculately clean. The reception staff was excellent, and very courteous and helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable and the HDMI dongle on the TV was a nice touch. There were plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but we mostly enjoyed the hotel's restaurant cafe and restaurant as the hotel ambience was excellent.

The hotel was a very unique and modern design, art everywhere, and really thoughtful details throughout. The location was terrific and the park around has a lot of amenities like restaurant, coffee shops, and great places to hang out. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. “Japanese breakfast” was our first in Japan and was delicious and challenging and an adventure everyday.

The location is just okay - 5min walk from Kanayama station and they offer a shuttle service from the hotel to kanayama station with a given schedule. I love that they offer free breakfast. The place is clean and bigger compared to other budget friendly hotels. Will surely book here again or other toyoko inn chains.
The hotel is right near the Kanayama station which is great, though in hindsight, I think we should have stayed near Nagoya station. The hotel is lovely and when my spouse developed a sudden tooth ache they were able to help him find a dentist later that day. Really exceptional and kind service.
Great breakfast. Convenient location next to Kanayama station. Stayed here for a business trip and it was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Would highly recommend for anyone needing to stay in this area of Nagoya.
Very near kanayama station (right in front) shopping areas and restaurants. Just right across a Denny's that is open until 4am. Just outside the building is an accesible family mart. There isn't much facilities but if you are looking for convenience, this is the perfect hotel. They also have a very effective no contact system for check-in and check out
right in front of Kanayama station (two stations away from Meitetsu Nagoya station). so easy going with suitcase. the area is a little sketchy tho… the complementary breakfast is excellent. the staff is so nice and helpful.
It was very affordable and walking distance to KANAYAMA STATION.
Despite of the very low price,we have our breakfast..it wasn't the best buffet but for the price I'm so thankful for having a food to eat in the morning.
