Beautiful unique hotel in the Nagoya tv tower with exceptional service. The welcome sweets and the breakfast were delicious. We didn't try the private access to the tower (hours were 10pm-midnight and 530am-730am while we were there) but our room was very spacious with an amazing view anyway. To top it off, there was easy access to the subway and plenty of great restaurants nearby.

We landed in a typhoon and all our plans changed. What was meant to be an overnight stop was extended. The staff accommodated us amazingly. We were able to drop our bags, sort early check in and got so much assistance. The hotel is so new and lovely. There is a family mart right downstairs and it is directly across the road from Kanayama station and the Nagoya tourist info shop. Best position for Nagoya as all the lines are available out of Kanayama.
The location is very near to kanayama station, you can see it immediately after coming out from the station. The staff is very friendly and try their best to understand your need and help you. They also help us to send our luggage to the next hotel with standard fees.
Perfect spot, right at Kanayama station, easy access to the city, to the party area, to transportation and to the airport.
Staff, even if limited in English speaking, always super friendly, helpful and caring.
Breakfast is typical Japanese interpretation of continental, but solid.
What impressed me:
1. Very good breakfast, decent view of the city from the restaurant on the top floor
2. 1-minute walk from Kanayama station
3. Main attractions are easily accessible by metro
4. Nice bathroom, much better than many Japanese hotels of the same rank.
5. Having an onsen is always a plus.
