Location is good, near the train station. Restaurants, convenience store and mall is also walking distance. Hotel staff are very accommodating. Goods for hygiene are overflowing, free cups, ice and use of microwave. Laundry is also available for a cost.

The room was much nicer than the other place I stayed in in Tokyo (Minato City) later on my trip. The staff was very friendly and despite not speaking English we were still able to communicate through Google translator. They allowed me to leave my bags with them downstairs at the reception for the whole day while I was exploring the city even though I checked out much earlier. The breakfast buffet was also really good (I definitely recommend including it during your stay) and had a cute view of the street. I definitely recommend this place and if I'm ever in the Akabane area again I'll be booking a stay here.
