The staff was exceptional and super friendly, and spoke good English. The location was 10-15 minutes walking from the Shibuya scramble crossing. The building was a bit old but the pictures give a good view of the actual rooms. We had a room with private bathroom and toilet which was nice to return to after long days of walking. Would absolutely recommend for the price paid.
