Excellent location and staff was very accommodating when checking in. Had an issue with one of our 2 rooms and they immediately moved our room without a hassle. Location is close to shopping/food. Highly, highly recommend staying at Cross Hotel in Kyoto. Also, great toiletries, daily coffee offerings, and lobby area. Also, the best, most comfy pajamas out of all the hotels we stayed. Even though we were gone most of day, it was nice to come back to a comfortable-sized, updated room/hotel.
