Room was with a nice view, staff was very polite, bathroom had a great shower and they provided plenty of single use items that we could need. Although our room did not include breakfast, we bought it once and enjoyed the selections as well as view from the dining area. Walk to the hotel was only about 5 min from train station if we were quick, and went through a cool shopping area.

The hotel is super close to Yoga station. It is right next to it and takes just a minute to get from the entrance for the hotel to the station!
If you exit from the North Gates (北口), the stairwell is designed like an amphitheater. Climb up the right side.
Immediately on the right, you will see a police box (交番)。Just walk past that, and head straight down and you will see the sign for Tokyu Stay.
I didn't expect the room to have a well stocked kichnette, big washing maching and spacious balcony so I was pleasantly surprised. The room was more spacious than I expected (but I had no luggage) I believe the hotel is a repurposed apartment building.
The area is pretty quiet since it is residential and there are plenty of little eatieries around.
The "Den-en-Toshi"line becomes the Hanzomon line after Shibuya station so you can take it all the way to Mitsukoshimae station or even further to Tokyo Skytree.
The local bus also goes to Shibuya station.

Japanese breakfast was excellent, and kitchen staff were very kind. Room and overall hotel were nice. Walk to the train station wasn't bad, but could be a bit confusing for some folks.

We travelled with a baby and a toddler and the room was spacious and provided everything we needed for a 3 week stay. (washing machine, great A/C, kichen with pans and plates, microwave, a combini and big supermarkets (OK and Fuji) just a few steps awayt. he location is great as it is central enough yet quiet compared to the busy places like Shibuya, which can be a bit daunting with kids during rush hour. it’s also one stop away from Futako Tamagawa which has an excellent shopping centre that is less crowded! loved the ichiokuen yakitori place nearby. also, the customer service was exceptional and responded within minutes whenever we had an inquiry.

The owner communicated with me many times before my stay! She was fast to answer, the room is comfortable and easy to find! About 5 minute walk from the train station.
