Breakfast was great! Lobby was nice and expansive. Room was clean but bathroom sink could have been cleaner. Nice features re: lighting/ac control via tablet and washing machine/dryer offered a free pre-clean function so you felt more comfortable using it. Lounge espresso options were awesome, as well as the free drinks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleaning service was also good.

Very elegant, classy hotel with an amazing location in Tokyo. This hotel has been on this site since late 1800s early 1900s, of course remodeling has occurred, but the stately services of a Japanese hotel with Western accommodations leads to a superb stay. Our king room was quite large and the hotels shops were innumerable and full of interesting items. There are also several restaurants, but we only ate breakfast which was delicious. Ken, the concierge, was very pleasant and eager to assist us. An all around top #1 travel experience.
