Staff were wonderful and helped advise my partner and I during a stressful travel situation, helping us avoid getting stranded in the city during a typhoon. Also, tea service was lovely!

We stayed in the main building on the Imperial floor and everything about the hotel was wonderful! The 5-10 minute walking distance to Ginza, the staff, the buffet and adjacent park/green space all exceeded our expectations.

Who doesnt know or likes Muji products?
As someone who loves Muji and its simplicity, I decided to stay in this hotel for 1 night.
Pricewise, its a bit pricey but you can take the (basic) amenities (lol). Unfortunately, the PJs werent one of them and they weren’t for sale either. Lets see if in the future they will. But, you can always shop at the Muji store here as basically the whole building is Muji and don’t forget to bring your passport for a tax free shopping sprees!
Located in Ginza were everything is here and its the posh area I must say. Surrounded by all the branded stores that you can think of.
Will I stay here again? As for the experience, I reckon once is enough but it was a good ones.
And oh, of course the staff were really nice as how the Japanese are.
