In the breakfast of the first morning, my girlfriend doesn’t eat egg. So the staff asked her the reason, and she doesn’t like eggs. So they did bring her a plate with fried fish instead of egg. We really appreciate that.

The location is excellent! Just a 1 minute walk from the Ofuna station, and surrounded by food shops
The hotel is either new or renovated, and very clean. Good location if you need to stay close by Fujisawa station.
Room size is ok for a solo traveler.

This hotel was close to JR Fujisawa Station, so it was a very convenient place for an overnight stay. Staff were professional and made checking in swift, they would probably be very helpful to foreigners checking in. But, I spoke in Japanese the whole trip, so I could only speculate. Thanks to its convenient location, I was able to stage an early morning Enoshima visit because the transit access was just across the street.
The location was not that far from Fujisawa Station, you can walk within 10~15 minutes then arrive at the hotel. The included breakfast was okay. And the drinks are free from many options.
The room was clean, comfortable and modern - couldn't be faulted. The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Fujisawa Station. There are also plenty of nearby car parks (around 1200 yen/day).
Staff were friendly and polite. The free tea bar was much appreciated.
Close to Fujisawa station and many restaurants, very convenient even in raining day.
