I always stay at En when I'm in Fujisawa. It's a bit of a walk from the Fujisawa station, but not too far. The rooms are more comfortable than other Japanese business hotels. The non-Japanese reception staff are all as polite as the Japanese staff.
Breakfast pastries was sooo good!! Location was near to Fujisawa station as well! Hotel provided us some amenities everyday and it’s very useful. Staff were very polite and helpful when we asked them for information. There were also many food places around the hotel!
Prime location, only 5-10 minutes from Fujisawa Station. Surrounded by restaurants, fast food chains, convenience stores, and Don Quixote. Seven Eleven is right under the hotel. Helpful and friendly staffs. Amenities such as night gowns, hair brushes, teeth brushes are provided in the lobby.

Location is great, about 5 mins from Fujisawa station. There is a lot of food around the hotel. There is a 7-11 connecting to the hotel, you just need to get to level 1 and there is a door to 7-11
Very helpful staff. We arrived before official check-in time and left the luggage at the reception. Upon return they have already placed the luggage in the room. The receptionist was helpful in checking for our onward journey plan when we checked out. The hotel is very close
to Fujisawa station which is ideal for tours in surrounding areas. Breakfast is good.
This hotel is very convenient to access to JR, Odakyu, Enoden Fujisawa stations. it only takes 3 minutes to reach each stations. Hotel is clean and comfortable for short stay. Reception staffs maintain nice Japanese smiles and kindness too.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The onsen was small but nice, we enjoy our time in an onsen here.
The hotel is located very near Fujisawa station which is the first station of Enoden to Kamakura. My niece love the complimentary for kid and candies. She asked to give this place 10 stars :D Also they wrote us the welcome card which is so nice :)
location 5 minute walk from fujisawa station, elevators or escalators where needed. summit food store near by with little dining area. big camera for all electronic needs. selection of trains to tokyo, yokohama, enoshima, odawara etc. while this is very much an urban area, none of the hustle and bustle of central yokohama or tokyo.
1. Location- the hotel is 10 minutes away from Fujisawa Station in a quiet residential area. There are lots of supermarket and shops around and you can get to Enoshima beach by 10 minutes train ride.
2. Staff- They have English and Japanese staff which is great for non-japanese speakers. The staff are also very nice.
3. Cleanliness- The hotel is clean, comfortable and cozy. They also provide slippers
