Wonderful boutique hotel with the lobby set on the 18th floor. Great room, excellent views of the Tokyo skyline, and lots of small touches that enhanced our stay. The daily breakfast (not complimentary with our stay) was a stellar mix of Easter and west. Just outside the Ginza district, the hotel is in a bit quieter area but centrally located as a launch point for exploring the vast city.

I have never written a review in my life, but this hotel was soooo incredible, i had to!!
My stay at Conrad Tokyo was fantastic! The hotel is modern and absolutely stunning, with sleek interiors and beautiful city views. We stayed in a King Room with a Bay View, which was spacious and offered an incredible view of Tokyo Bay that was amazing to wake up to every morning!
The breakfast open buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The food quality was top-notch, and so many options!
What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to ensure we were happy. A special shout-out to Peter Mizutani , who took exceptional care of us!
Finally, the hotels location was perfect! We were a 8 min walk to Ginza, a fancy area in tokyo. Right under the hotel was an entrance to the subway, which can take you to farther locations.

One of the best Tokyo hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s more or less attached to the Yurikamome line via its Daiba station, so it was really easy to get in and around Tokyo starting there. There was also a very convenient limousine bus which you can use to get to the hotel (I used it from Narita Airport, for a fee of 3100 yen). The room was spacious, made up every day with all the amenities refilled, and the view of the bay and rainbow bridge I got was just stunning. Definitely planning on staying here if I’m ever in Tokyo again!
The hotel was elegant and we especially enjoyed the observation room on our floor overlooking the bay and surrounding city. Beds and sleeping attire were very confortable. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of both western and japanese delights. It was very convenient to have a Family Mart on-site, the Daiba station just a few minutes walk away, and the airport limo service stop at the hotel. Concierge, Garden Buffet and Baggage staff were courteous and provided excellent service.
