This hotel is in a fantastic location at Tokyo Station. It’s a historic building, so it has a lot of fun things to look at. My daughter happened to leave a toy in our room and was very disappointed that she had lost it. Housekeeping not only located the toy but also sent it back to our house! I was very impressed with the level of care this hotel and staff have provided. We will definitely be back to stay again!
