Absolutely incredible staff from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. In particular, Yuuta was so helpful, attentive, and downright elegant. An EXCEPTIONAL breakfast and dinner were included with our room, prepared as Japanese interpretation of multi-course French cuisine. The view from the dining area was stunning. Absolutely wonderful. I believe all rooms include a private outdoor onsen (hot spring bath) where you can soak for hours while enjoying nature.

The staff is really friendly and they welcome you with snacks and drinks. The rooms have an amazing private Onsen on a nice terrace but there is also a public one (divided between man and woman). Breakfast and dinner are amazing and the give you free drinks and snacks after dinner. The rooms are really big and they give you all kind of facilities.
