Kind and helpful staff who went the extra mile to make my visit easier. I loved the kitchenette and proximity to the grocery store so I could save money on meals and get proper nutrition for my special diet. They have the guest's comfort in mind and have the guest experience very thoughtfully planned out. The room was clean and quiet. I was not bothered by cigarette smoke smells or noise.

We stayed at three different chains while we were in Japan, and my husband preferred MYSTAYS. The breakfast was great, I wish I had planned it into our days more often. There was a Yamato Transport staff member in the hotel lobby in the morning and I was able to ship my luggage to our next destination easily.
