A great price-quality ratio, a large room exactly like in pictures, a fully-equipped kitchen with wine glasses and other utensils, a comfortable bed (in my case it was two single beds put together), a walk-in wardrobe which is a nice element to it and the staff that went the extra mile to print out restaurant recommendations and a route to Teine ski resort when I asked.
I came to Sapporo to ski so the location was key for me. To get to the Teine ski resort, you need to walk 15 min to Kotoni JR station and take a train for 20ish min to Teine station, then a bus (check the schedule in busy times!).
A wonderful experience with the hotel that I would repeat without a doubt.

It’s a good location right near Sapporo station and underground access (good for winter). Not as much going on restaurant wise this side of the station compared to other areas but it’s nice and quiet. There is a seico mart right next door over the road which is handy. Staff were accommodating when we requested a taxi to the front of the station, easily walkable by normal standards but we had three large luggage, it was snowing heavily and my husband was extremely unwell. New Year’s Eve staff had a table set up full of complementary noodles for guests to celebrate new year (as is tradition to eat soba in the new year) and were happily handing them out to everyone. A really nice touch.
