I had a very comfortable stay at Hotel KAN-RAKU. Staff were friendly and the room was attractively furnished and quiet. It was easy to relax here.
I'm happy I finally got to stay here! I was due to travel to Akita in August last year, but for a number of reasons out of my control I was unable to. During this time, the staff were incredibly accommodating with my changing dates and eventual cancellation. When I had the chance to visit Akita again, I knew that I wanted to stay here as the staff had been so accommodating in the summer. I'm pleased to say that the staff here are just as welcoming and accommodating in person ☺️

We loved the warm welcome by the owner, the small touches like supplies for breakfast, and the confortable room. We had access to the whole ground floor and really felt like home. Just one train stop from Akita Station, so quite convenient as a location.
Room was spacious, bathroom was spacious. Location is great, a short walk from Akita station and surrounded by 3 different types of convenience stores. There's also shopping nearby.
Friendly and helpful staff, staff helped with organizing our luggage to be sent to our next accommodation. Clean and comfy rooms.

Busy hotel always seemed to be people como g and going - most likely due to there being a public bath on-site.
The location is not far from Akita station and just walk within 10 minutes to arrive the hotel. The reception staff is friendly and clearly introduce the hotel information. The room space is great and feel larger than APA hotels in other areas. The facilities are in well condition and the bed is comfortable. If traveling Akita next time, will consider staying this hotel again!
It was our first time and we did enjoy our stay. Location of the hotel was close enough to Akita station and nicely tucked away from the main crowded street. The staff were polite and friendly.
The room exceeded my expectations when I first entered. This was a one room booking for 4 people. The room was very spacious. Obviously 2 of the beds were sofa beds, but my friends slept comfortably. The bathroom was also very nice and modern. The TV was very big, probably the biggest out of the places we stayed during our trip. The location was also quite good, a 6 min walk from Akita station. Overall a very comfortable and pretty hotel.
