After coming from Tokyo, this hotel was enormous. Our room wasn't particularly big, but it was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was amazing. A short walk to Akita station.

The location is about 20 mins walk from Akita train station. The room might not be spacious, but it's sufficient for me as a solo backpacker. The room was clean and quiet and the bed is super comfy that I had good sleep every night. There is a small tub in the bathroom which you can take a bath. The staff provides very good service!

Spacious, friendly staff, at city center and near to the station, clean and superb services, affordable, got coin laundry services within the premise, room for family of five is really spacious!! Hope all Richmond hotel chain has the same standard as this. Will definitely return to this hotel if got another chance to travel to Akita.

Kind of a sleepy town. Maybe I was in the more quiet parts but there didn’t seem to be a lot going on as far as nightlife. There’s some cool temples offering Goshuin, and lovely green parks great for strolling.

I was just passing by, and it was on Sunday and. many places closed. I am not sure what is interesting in the city of Akita. There is a village/museum for Namahage monsters, but is outside of the city.

Nice city to visit for a few days.
Nice city to visit for a few days. I am actually impressed with the city and would like to come back again to explore more. The attractions it has do attract many tourists coming to visit this city. I strongly recommend this city to visit.

Great location just in front of Akita Castle Park and the bus right in front of the hotel.
Service and staff were professional, quick and efficient.
Pleny of restaurants and cafes nearby as well as conveniece stores and shopping districts within walking distance. At the bottom of the hotel there are cafes, convenices stores and shops as well as a bakery.
Carpark is onsite and free as long as you approach the concierge
It was a nice hotel for the price, they offered to make up the room everyday and if you put a do not disturb sign, they would still provide you with a change of towels and trash bags.
Check in was quick and the staff were very helpful. The sento was normal.
It was our first time and we did enjoy our stay. Location of the hotel was close enough to Akita station and nicely tucked away from the main crowded street. The staff were polite and friendly.
Good choice at breakfast. Comfortable bed. Connected to Akita train station. Centrally located to all facilities, buses, trains, shopping, restaurants.
