The staff were friendly and the property was spacious and exceptionally clean. The shower had great water pressure. The property seemed to be relatively new. We stayed for the Akita Kanto festival, which was about a 20-30 min drive away. The property had 2 parking spots, one for each room. This worked perfectly for our purposes. Only stayed one night, would have liked to have stayed longer and explored the area more.

Directly connected to Akita station, did not have to step out of the building to access the station. also, a 7-eleven directly connected to the hotel lobby via a side door. Room was very wide and bed was comfortable. Room was impeccably clean as well

I was just passing by, and it was on Sunday and. many places closed. I am not sure what is interesting in the city of Akita. There is a village/museum for Namahage monsters, but is outside of the city.

Nice city to visit for a few days.
Nice city to visit for a few days. I am actually impressed with the city and would like to come back again to explore more. The attractions it has do attract many tourists coming to visit this city. I strongly recommend this city to visit.
It was our first time and we did enjoy our stay. Location of the hotel was close enough to Akita station and nicely tucked away from the main crowded street. The staff were polite and friendly.
