The staff was very helpful. Loved this location. Staff member arranged for a taxi to come early on our departure day. The hotel is in a beautiful building. Loved all of the art /statues throughout. Nice quiet courtyard. Very secure. No elevator but staff kindly brought up luggage 2 flights. Stayed in the Presidential Suite. Really loved that room.

The hotel is relatively new/modern. The water pressure was fantastic and even though we booked the smallest room available, we managed perfectly without any difficulty. The staff was so friendly and accommodated any request we had. We loved the rooftop bar and restaurant and enjoyed the variety offered for breakfast downstairs.
