The staff were excellent. They were so kind and helpful. The facilities are exceptional, with a library and breakfast room for their guests on the lower level that they let you use even if you’re checked out, which was so helpful when we had a late flight out on checkout day. They even made us coffee when we stopped by to pickup our luggage! It was a really lovely stay.

No catering in the hotel but that was no problem as there are several cafes and restaurants on the doorstep providing lovely breakfasts and meals

Breakfast was one of the best we've experienced after travelling through many different hotels through Italy and Europe for 7 weeks. Amazing selection, premises and service. Also the fact that they had their own laundromat was an opportunity for us to catch up on some laundry that had been difficult to deal with when travelling for extended periods of time. Their rooftop restaurant was amazing and one of the best food experiences we've ever had.
