I was messaged before arriving, providing comfort that the room was available after a very long flight. The staff pulls out a paper map and asks what your interests are within the city of Milano. They circle these locations and mark where the Metro entrances/exits are. The meals are excellent. The location is clean, comfortable, and private. The staff is multi lingual and extremely polite. 10/10 would visit again!!!

The apartment consists of a big kitchen that had everything we needed and a sofa that opens to a big bed, it also had a big bathroom with two sinks and two bedrooms.
The location is 10 minutes by metro to the city center and the apartment is right on the gorla station and close to a big 24/7 supermarket and a few restaurants and bars.
Marcello made sure that we had everything we needed and was avaliable to any questions we might have.
The apartment was very clean when we arrived as it was cleaned by a cleaning company before our arrival.
