Staff were really friendly. When we checked in, a lovely lady gave us recommendations for during our stay of where to go, what to do and nice restaurants to try... really helpful!
The room was modern and very clean. We had free drinks and snacks in our mini fridge replenished daily and the breakfast had a really good variety of food and drink options.

The location is very convenient, close to Statione Centrale, to a very busy shopping street, easy access to the main turistic attractions. Very modern, clean and comfortable.
