Spacious and spotless clean room. Comfy bed and the location is at the center. The host Mariam is amazing and wonderful person. She even invited me to celebrate New Years Eve together with her family.I really had fun.I won’t forget that moment in my life. It was one the best apartments I’ve rented in Georgia money for value wise. Perfectly clean. The owner is a very nice person and the garden is something special. Couple minutes walk to Colchis fountain and city center. Overall, it was a great experience. We will come back
It is new and very clean, probably one of the poshest hotels in Kutaisi. The location is great, being in the city center, a few meters from the Colchis fountain. Staff are all polite and lovely. It has an elevator which is a plus for people with mobility issues. Wifi is very strong. Hot shower is available with very good water pressure. Bed was comfortable and though we were facing the main street, there was minimal noise except during rush hour.
Everything was great about this apartment. It is freshly renovated, neat, clean, and comfy. This is an apartment I would stay for a month. It had central location, close to the main square, Colchis fountains, and a lot of local eating places and fast food chains. The manager was also very responsive for the questions we had about the apartment or even non-related. There also was a TV with internet connection so we could watch some sketches 😂
Very clean hotel and quiet. There is balcony where you can have sips of coffee or wine. It’s very convenient to everything and colchis fountain is few minutes walk away. They can arrange also pick up from the Airport.
The apartment is located in the city center, the Colchis Fountain is just around the corner. A lot of restaurants and a Green Bazaar is nearby.
We were able to park our car in front of the appartment. The owner was flexible in terms of check-in and check-out.
Great location- walking distance to the areas of tourist attraction in the city, you can even see the Bagrati cathedral from the window, colchis fountain, park, restaurants are just few minutes walk from the hostel.

The apartment is very cosy, with modern design and has everything you need,

This is the second time stay in this hotel which is near to the center (colchis fountain). It is same as 2021 July. We had a nice stay and nice chat with Sophia and Nika the lovely hardworking sister & brother who works in shifts but never fails to satisfy our needs.
