The room was so warm and perfect, hot shower, nice soaps, cute window/balcony opposite the bed, so you can enjoy an amazing green view when you lay. Mini bar, kettle and the tea - everything you can enjoy on a cool November day.
The hotel is super clean and cozy and is located on the elevated part of Kutaisi with views on the greenery and the Church. We walked all over Kutaisi and it takes about 20 minutes maximum to get to the center by walk, riverside is just 10 mins away.
We also LOVED the breakfast! It's a nice buffet with eggs, sauseges, my favorite buckwheat, cheeses, veggies, crepes with jam and etc.
The common area for breakfast is done in a cute authentic local style with a fireplace and local wines at every corner.
Thanks for lending us an umbrella for a rainy walk around the town!

It was one the best apartments I’ve rented in Georgia money for value wise. Perfectly clean. The owner is a very nice person and the garden is something special. Couple minutes walk to Colchis fountain and city center. Overall, it was a great experience. We will come back
It is new and very clean, probably one of the poshest hotels in Kutaisi. The location is great, being in the city center, a few meters from the Colchis fountain. Staff are all polite and lovely. It has an elevator which is a plus for people with mobility issues. Wifi is very strong. Hot shower is available with very good water pressure. Bed was comfortable and though we were facing the main street, there was minimal noise except during rush hour.
Everything was great about this apartment. It is freshly renovated, neat, clean, and comfy. This is an apartment I would stay for a month. It had central location, close to the main square, Colchis fountains, and a lot of local eating places and fast food chains. The manager was also very responsive for the questions we had about the apartment or even non-related. There also was a TV with internet connection so we could watch some sketches 😂
Very clean hotel and quiet. There is balcony where you can have sips of coffee or wine. It’s very convenient to everything and colchis fountain is few minutes walk away. They can arrange also pick up from the Airport.
The apartment is located in the city center, the Colchis Fountain is just around the corner. A lot of restaurants and a Green Bazaar is nearby.
We were able to park our car in front of the appartment. The owner was flexible in terms of check-in and check-out.
Great location- walking distance to the areas of tourist attraction in the city, you can even see the Bagrati cathedral from the window, colchis fountain, park, restaurants are just few minutes walk from the hostel.

This is the second time stay in this hotel which is near to the center (colchis fountain). It is same as 2021 July. We had a nice stay and nice chat with Sophia and Nika the lovely hardworking sister & brother who works in shifts but never fails to satisfy our needs.
The room is clean and they provide the basic necessities. They even provided us with slippers and bathrobes. Hot and Cold shower is provided and with strong wifi. There is also a restaurant within the hotel that closes at 1am. They serve affordable and delicious food. The location is just 10minutes walk to the colchis fountain and very near to the city center. The staff were very accommodating helpful and nice. An excellent place to stay budget friendly but the facilities were very good. They also serve breakfast in the morning.
