A lovely apartment in a building set back from the busy main road. Communication was good with the host and it was easy to collect the keys on arrival. Secure parking is beneath the building, with a lift to take you up to the apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed and was a great place to spend a couple of days, being less than 10 minutes stroll from Colchis Fountain. The bed was very comfortable, the shower great and the WiFi worked perfectly for us. Very happy to recommend.
The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment.
The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony.
The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.
The Hotel Memoire is very centrally located not far from the Colchis Fountain and the theater. The old house exudes incredible charm and is lovingly designed. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Decoration and ambience are outstanding.

Very nice and cozy apartment located at a nice place. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated with all the amenities.

Excellent hotel in Kutaisi. The location is absolutely great, next to the Colchis fountain. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance one can find the best restaurants in Kutaisi. The room was clean and sufficiently spacious for a 2 days stay. The breakfast was quite good, with sufficient options for both meat lovers and vegetarians.
What I particularly liked was the decoration of the lobby area - very classy, with a retro golden era.
The apartment has terrace where you can chill and drink wine, it's overlooking kutaisi you can see some parts of the city. The room was neat, clean and spacious. Great location, it is only 100m from downtown area, near to colchis fountain, restaurant, markets, parks, churches and the white bridge. Peaceful environment at nighttime. It has all the amenities you need, from washing, cooking to ironing. Teona and family also is nice and helpful. I'm looking forward to stay again to this apartment.
1870 Hotel is in very nice location in Kutaisi close to Colchis Fountain, good air-condition and Wi-FI, not so big room, but there is small terrace in hotel with kitten :) and the owner answered quickly for my messages.

Location is very good. It's near the city center (Colchis fountain) and everything is easily accessible. The music school just beside the hostel gives such a relaxing ambience especially when you're sitting in the balcony. Lockers are spacious. There's a socket just beside my bed. People there are very friendly at the time of my stay. Floors are very clean.
