Lovely building, it is being renovated outside and well worth a visit. The view of the city is great too. We walked up from the city, it is uphill but not a long walk. I would say 20 mins from the market, and if you have not been there, do so, it's great to see all the fresh produce etc.

Waking up to such a stunning sight every morning was truly magical. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I highly recommend Panorama Bagrati to anyone visiting Kutaisi. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and spectacular views.
In Kutaisi, Georgia 🇬🇪 loved the charming Old Town with its cobblestone streets and historic buildings. The stunning Bagrati Cathedral and Gelati Monastery were awe-inspiring. The traditional Georgian cuisine, especially the mouthwatering khachapuri and juicy khinkali. The warm and friendly locals made my visit truly memorable.
There is a beautiful little garden near the house. The hostess is helpful and friendly. The apartment has a unique cozy relaxing atmosphere of a countryhouse. The view from the garden is splendid. You can marvel at the mountains, the river and 3 bridges: White, Rustaveli, and Red. The Bagrati cathedral can be reached within 30 minutes of walking. City center is very close, too.
Great location- walking distance to the areas of tourist attraction in the city, you can even see the Bagrati cathedral from the window, colchis fountain, park, restaurants are just few minutes walk from the hostel.

The apartments are right in the heart of the city, very convenient to explore Kutaisi. The host Mariam was absolutely lovely, very friendly, very caring, she assisted to get to Bagrati Cathedral and she provided top recommendations for restaurants.
The best hotel in Kutaisi. Everything is completely up to western standards, but you'd pay at least twice or three times the price for the same room in Europe. The decor is beautiful and the room very comfortable. The location great. They have a rooftop lounge which a view of Bagrati Cathedral. The staff are very friendly, especially Giga who helped us tremendously with everything, and was very open to talking with us and telling us about the city. Giga as well as all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed.

The atmosphere and decor at Hotel Memoire is really lovely. The rooms are spacious. Ask for a room in the back with a balcony, you get a view of Bagrati Cathedral.
