We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

The property was excellent, ultra cute and simple. If you love old houses and this kind of traditional details it definitely suits you. Additionally, Mr. Saba is very polite and helpful, available to help at any time, giving us any advice that we needed with responsibility and assistance (and very careful driver as well). We hope to meet that place again in the future and these beautiful people. Unfortunately, our reservation didn’t have a breakfast but we heard that the breakfast is made by the landlords -fact that makes the place even better and special

Lovely building, it is being renovated outside and well...
Lovely building, it is being renovated outside and well worth a visit. The view of the city is great too. We walked up from the city, it is uphill but not a long walk. I would say 20 mins from the market, and if you have not been there, do so, it's great to see all the fresh produce etc.

The views from the terrace over the town and Bagrati Cathedral were fantastic. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, the hotel organised very smooth airport pickup, check-in and even late breakfast for us. Breakfast was plentiful every day.
It is a small hotel up on the hill not far from center in a tipical georgian environment. The young lady who welcomed us was very nice. The room was simple but perfectly clean and comfortablle. The house has a roof terrace with beautiful view to Bagrati Cathedral. We left in the night and we got a great take away breakfast.
lovely friendly welcome. really nice house close to railway station and not to far from the centre l walked to bagrati cathedral quite easily. Food is available and good at a reasonable price. A really pleasant stay.

The location of Jays is literally on the top of Kutaisi and could not get any better. Whether you’re an early bird or night owl you’ll enjoy the magnificent view to Bagrati cathedral and the mountains surrounding the city. The rooms are well furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The host was very friendly and made sure I have everything I need for my stay. Thank you Jays and see you another time!
Quite spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Gorgeous view of Bagrati cathedral. Comfortable location near theater, market and bridge to the cathedral. Easy to communicated host.
Nana is a very sweet and caring host. Although we arrived earlier than expected and the apartment was not ready yet, she still let us check in and offered us tea/coffee inside, while she finished the preparations. It is a very cozy little apartment with a nice sitting area outside, perfect for breakfast in the garden. The biggest gem is the rooftop terrace surrounded by grapevines, with view on the Bagrati Cathedral.
The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment.
The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony.
The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.
It was a very pleasant accommodation. The apartment is near to the centre. It is a few minutes far from the Bagrati Cathedral, very cozy, clean and comfortable for 4 persons. It was well-equipped, (e.g. it had hair dryer and iron).
