We chose this chalet as it has an interesting location, very good ratings and a suitable price near the center of Kutaisi. Mamuka and Giorgi (owners of several chalets in this complex) were friendly and open to advice and to help us (we were welcomed with tea and coffee, one day we were booked into a restaurant). We felt like we were visiting our best friends who appreciated us very much. The great atmosphere from the owners is unbeatable. We stay in an average of 50 different hotels a year (both private villas, houses and 4*-5* hotels) and in most hotels the owners or staff treat guests like water, not doing anything out of the hotels bounds, with strained smiles and standard requests (this is normal). We felt like long awaited and valued guests at this hotel. Fully recommended, a magical experience and unbeatable value for money where quality is so much more.

Lovely building, it is being renovated outside and well worth a visit. The view of the city is great too. We walked up from the city, it is uphill but not a long walk. I would say 20 mins from the market, and if you have not been there, do so, it's great to see all the fresh produce etc.
The first thing I check in a hotel is cleanliness and this place did not disappoint. It’s very cozy that we slept so well during our one-night stay. Bagrati Cathedral and Kutaisi Botanical Garden are not too far away, only a few mins by taxi. The host, Elene, was very accommodating and promptly prepared a lovely breakfast. Highly recommended!
Great hotel in excellent position, very good breakfast and lovely owner of the hotel who offered us transfer and a driver for a beautiful tour.
We felt like part of the family. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, one with a breathtaking view on Bagrati cathedral. The city center is easy to reach with a 10 minute walk and everything was perfect.
Next time in Kutaisi we will definitely stay there again 👍✨💫
It is a small hotel up on the hill not far from center in a tipical georgian environment. The young lady who welcomed us was very nice. The room was simple but perfectly clean and comfortablle. The house has a roof terrace with beautiful view to Bagrati Cathedral. We left in the night and we got a great take away breakfast.
lovely friendly welcome. really nice house close to railway station and not to far from the centre l walked to bagrati cathedral quite easily. Food is available and good at a reasonable price. A really pleasant stay.

Quite spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Gorgeous view of Bagrati cathedral. Comfortable location near theater, market and bridge to the cathedral. Easy to communicated host.
Nana is a very sweet and caring host. Although we arrived earlier than expected and the apartment was not ready yet, she still let us check in and offered us tea/coffee inside, while she finished the preparations. It is a very cozy little apartment with a nice sitting area outside, perfect for breakfast in the garden. The biggest gem is the rooftop terrace surrounded by grapevines, with view on the Bagrati Cathedral.
The location is good, just 3GEL from the bus station. There is a restaurant and wine shop adjacent to the apartment.
The furnishing of the kitchen and bathroom are modern and stylish. Everything was very clean. The AC was perfect, and we enjoyed our morning tea on the balcony.
The Bagrati cathedral and the Colchis fountain are also 3GEL each from the apartment by BOLT.
It was a very pleasant accommodation. The apartment is near to the centre. It is a few minutes far from the Bagrati Cathedral, very cozy, clean and comfortable for 4 persons. It was well-equipped, (e.g. it had hair dryer and iron).
