It was perfect for our 2 dogs, loads of open space to walk the dogs in the morning and evening The breakfast basket was perfect for us.
This large house is just a 5-minute walk from the seafront, local shops and St Leonards Beach. It offers bright, modern rooms, and has a free on-site car park.

The staff were amazing.
The staff were amazing. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was super dated, and walls paper thin. I hardly slept as there was a coughing child next door and above us was creaking all night.

Location perfect for visit to White Rock Theatre. Bathroom looked recently refurbished. Quiet room even at Halloween. Charming and efficient receptionist.
Very clean & in great location to walk to town & sea front. Great for anyone going to a show at White Rock Theatre as can walk there in around 15 minutes.
Staff were lovely and friendly, great sea view, room a good size. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Room was clean. Food at breakfast was good. Really good value for money and will use again for concerts next door. So handy for the White Rock theatre
Charming hotel with a lot of character in a prime location, right on the seafront. Short stroll to the Old Town, and right next door to the White Rock Theatre. Run by a wonderful family, including their adorable dogs and cat. Warm and friendly atmosphere, with a restaurant, outdoor dining and large bar. Parking available too. Rooms are spacious and clean, with modern facilities.
England’s oldest Norman Castle on a cliff right by the Old Town nearby too. Real gem of a British seaside town.
Excellent location for White Rock Theatre and the beach, The bar area was nice. It is open to the public but there is a separate area for guests which is nice.
