The hostess was very friendly and the room was premium and very comfortable. If you are driving then this stay is very convenient with a short drive to Hastings lovely beach area.
This large house is just a 5-minute walk from the seafront, local shops and St Leonards Beach. It offers bright, modern rooms, and has a free on-site parking lot.

Clean basic room, with added extras tea/coffee and toiletries.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast good, sadly had to have an 8am breakfast as other guests had got the later times but no massive issue.
Could have done with a couple of extra pillows but didn't realise till after midnight so didn't bother the night manager.
Parking available on premises and on road if needed.

Nice room, nice view of the sea. Perfect location for the white rock theatre which is why we booked but also good for Hastings sea front and town center.
