Loved the South Pier lots of amusment machines, the big wheel the waltzer, dogems and lots most people buy tickets from the kiosk for the rides I bought 80 tickets for £60 most rides are 3 and 4 tickets per person so a family of 4 could have a lot of fun.

Location good right near south pier and tram stop, the space in the apartment was excellent lots of room, nice and cosy too. Free parking at back of property was a bonus.
recommend room 7, spacious room with view of the tower and the sea, excellently stocked tea/coffee making facility, very comfortable beds (one double, two single), lovely hot shower and really only a stones throw south Pier, so far my favorite place to stay in Blackpool (I've stayed in a few).
Location was great , right opposite South pier, the owners of the hotel couldn't have been more accommodating, they parked my car , and did breakfast early for us as our girls were there for a dance competition which started early , the room was a good size for 5 of us , plenty of space , comfy beds, clean room ,
There was a bar and pool room which we enjoyed at the end of the night and the girls had a game of pool , we really enjoyed our stay and if going again would definitely be staying there

The hotel is south pier side , next door ice-cream then fish&chips then pub then MacDonald two stops from tram the fair and sandcastle and quiet , the lively entertainment is central my room was 1 ground floor twin room , RYAN is a one man band he does everything , cleaners don't do your room daily but if you open your mouth and ask You Get , bar only open till 11 pm so you'll get a decent sleep , I'd go back 100% , I loved it

We have stayed at The Old Coach House a few times now - it is, in short, impeccable. Located just a few hundred yards from the South Pier, within close proximity to the Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle Water Park (and of course the golden sands), it is perfectly placed. Our room was comfortable and clean, the hotel WiFi was both quick and reliable, and the breakfasts are legendary.
The owners of the Canberra Hotel were absolutely fabulous. So welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and the rooms comfortable with everything you need for a stay in Blackpool. Great location only a 5 minute walk from the south pier.
