The view from the window was great and fantastic in the morning. The living room was cozy and the projector setup was convenient with clear instructions. The bar was lovely with dinnerware.
The bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The hangers were quite creative.

Loved the South Pier lots of amusment machines, the big wheel the waltzer, dogems and lots most people buy tickets from the kiosk for the rides I bought 80 tickets for £60 most rides are 3 and 4 tickets per person so a family of 4 could have a lot of fun.

There's free road parking outside the property, although you may not get parked right outside but there is a car park a little walk down the road. Within walking distance to the promenade/ south pier. There's a shop just at the end of the road and also a weatherspoons. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The boiler still isn't working so the radiators don't work, although we did have an electric heater. Great value for money, if you're just wanting somewhere to sleep!
The apartment itself was good, it was clean, tidy and modern, it is also spacious and well laid out. Instruction on parking, gaining entry and how to use the heating were well communicated. The location was good, it was a short walk to the south pier and tram stop.
From the moment we booked to the minute we arrived Kath made us all feel totally at home, what a refreshing change to meet a guest house owner that makes you feel like its your own home from the second you arrive. This place is a hidden gem in Blackpool from its perfect location being a couple of minutes walk from South pier and the pleasure beach to its gorgeous bedrooms and facilities. Spotlessly clean and everything you would need. Will be our go to place for any future stays in Blackpool.
Phenomenal value for money. Breakfast included. Large en suite with plenty of very hot water, shower very good. Towel provided. Warm. Convenient location for town, central & south piers. Fast food nearby. Nice airy dining area. Run by young lads who are trying to make a go of it & deserve to be given a chance. I would return.

the staff were excellent throughout the stay. The location is bang opposite South Pier so is great for the beach and other tourist facilities. Lots of things for kids to do at the hotel, including pool table, air hocket and video games.
