The staff were very welcoming and efficient on my arrival. The bathroom was good - although the water pressure is weird - either too little or too much!

If you are going to see hms victory.
If you are going to see hms victory. I would suggest walking if you are not staying too far away. We tried to drive to it but google maps took us all over the place. In the end we parked the car and walked.

Even though the Victory is covered in scaffolding at the moment you can still go on board and do the tour. The audio guide gives an excellent idea of life on board preparing for and during the Battle of Trafalgar. You cna also go down into the dry dock and see the hull and keel

Really interesting but not wheelchair or pushchair accessible. Take the audio tour, it certainly helped us understand the history of the ship and the purposes of parts of the ship. Great explanation of its part in the Battle of Trafalgar.

It was perfect for a short stay. Communication with host was excellent. We wanted to get into the property earlier than we had originally advised as we had obtained tickets to a fund raising event to see the Royal Marines Band perform in front of HMS Victory in the early evening. This was no trouble at all. Parking was easy and given the location we did not need to use our car at all while we stayed.
It was close to the HMS Victory and a shopping centre. The room had a magnificent view. Also there was parking available. Breakfast was really lovely

HMS warrior & HMS Victory are a must to see, absolutely stunning. Take a walk through the Cascades Shopping centre and it takes you into the high street and theres even more shopping to be done in Gun Wharf Quay, as well as the many eateries on the 1st floor overlooking the waterfront.
