The walk to Steall Falls is great - woodlands, gorge, meadows, falls - go early to avoid crowds and do you can secure a parking spot. You need to drive right to the end of the Glen Nevis road - it is single track most of the way.

Fort William is at the cross roads of the West Central...
Fort William is at the cross roads of the West Central Highlands and worth a couple of day stop. We contacted a local tour guide and spent the day in the three glen's. He timed the visit to Glenfinnian for the "Harry Potter" railroad viaduct so photos could be taken of the train on the viaduct. Afterward the Bonney Prince Charley monument across the highway. Glen Nevis is a narrower valley and more photogenic. Glencoe is more broad and harder to photograph to get a view of the valley in one picture. It is the home to the infamous treachery of one clan against another. Finally ride the Jacobite train.

Studio had everything you could need and more. Very cosy and relaxing. Bonus is the large patio garden. Excellent hosts - could not have been more accommodating. Great location really convenient for station and town plus accessing Glen Nevis. Would definitely return and recommend.
good location at the foot of Glen Nevis. Spacious facilities, kitchen, dry room, rest room and eating. The best Youth Hostel by far during our hiking tour in Scotland.
Compared to other hostels the Glen Nevis Youth Hostel felt very luxurious. The room was spacious, there were lockers beneath the beds, there was a little reading lamp, a tiny nightstand and two sockets and USB-charging ports. There were lots of showers and toilets and you can wash and dry your clothes for 9£. There is a hiking route that starts right at the hostel if you want to climb Ben Nevis. There‘s a restaurant that‘s almost right next to the hostel.
Great little self catering cottage not far from Fort William. Exellent central location for exploring either glencoe and glen nevis or the lochs of the Highlands. Hosts went the extra mile to be welcoming and accommodating.
Great base for Ben Nevis Hike, exploring Glen Nevis with Steall Falls, Glencoe and the Glenfinnan viaduct.
Also only 7 minutes from the Nevis Range and the Fort William Parkrun...
The Glen Nevis Self Catering Park was ideally located with easy access to all the Ft. William/Glencoe area has to offer. The location is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere out of town, but with easy access. The caravan we stayed in were immaculate, and perfect for the needs of our family. The commercial size washer and driers in the shared facility were a bonus after getting soaked on a hike. I would highly recommend this facility!
