Location was stunning in the Borrowdale Valley.
Breakfast choice was excellent and all cooked choices were freshly cooked and served at our table.
All Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel did not have a corporate feel which was good.

The property is gorgeous! We stayed in the private lodge and has so much room to spread out. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. Food and drinks were great. Be sure to take time to roam around the property!

We loved our stay, very comfy beds/rooms, the bar area was lovely, we sat next to the real fire and had dinner, perfect end to the day after a long walk.
