Good location...short walk to centre of town....parking is essential...parking on site, but street parking is possible.
Gorgeous breakfast...peaceful night's sleep and spotless.
Set in 2 acres of tranquil wooded gardens. The charming rooms have TVs and tea and coffee facilities, and many have breathtaking views of the valley and fells.

The area was very peaceful and serene. The staff were very polite and helped us anytime we needed. The food was so good. The bed was very comfy and the view behind our room was more than we could ask for. We had a birthday dinner and it was amazing. I requested for a decorated plate for my partner and it was done perfectly. I will definitely revisit!

Staff and customer service was excellent. Really friendly.
Room was really nicely presented, with a large stylish bathroom.
Hotel was conveniently located in the centre of town.
Food was great with breakfast included.
There was actually another customer who was sat near us at breakfast who was extremely picky and awkward however the staff gave them fantastic customer service and met their expectations.
Breathtaking location, with the walk up to Cat Bells just to the back of the property (it takes about an hour's walk to see one of the great views of the Lake District). Lovely hostess, great breakfast. No TV but the wifi gives you fast high fibre broadband. We really enjoyed the peaceful setting and also (coming from central London) being on a working farm. The scenery on all sides is truly stunning.
Location was perfect. 5 mins to the waters edge and parks. 2 mins from all the shops, pubs and cafes. Such a clean ans lovely outdoorsy place. Perfectly located to get the boat around the water and we did the cat bells walk with our child and dogs. Family suite room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and was very spacious and with great views and quiet being on the top floor. Andy was a great host who ran the place and even let us park on his drive for the few days we was there. Great place and would defo stay again.
Comfortable room, with lots of space. Host was welcoming and good to talk to at breakfast. Really liked it! Perfect location for hiking local peaks Cat Bells, Skiddaw and Walla Crag.
The owner is so lovely and very welcoming! The room we got was a mountain view and it was beautiful. The guest house is located right on track for the Cat bells hike and very good walking distance into Keswick.
The location was perfect - just a very short walk into the town centre but with a beautiful view across the hills and Cat Bells. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was lovely - some different options and all very tasty. Staff were really helpful with advice locally and very friendly.
