The apartment is beautiful and clean, very close to the Cabot Circus and Megabus stop from LHR. A shortwalk to the downtown area, accessible to many buses. The kitchen and the loving room area are spacious and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.
The location was perfect for shopping at the Christmas Markets and Cabot Circus. We loved the decor in the room, it was very warm, comfortable and clean.
Staff is exceptional! Especially the bar/restaurant staff. They are friendly, food and drinks are wonderful. The location is right across from Cabot Circus mall. You have all the mall amenities close by. I enjoyed the hotel so much, that I extended my stay twice.
The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Fresh linen and tastefully decorated. The location was right in the heart of the city center and everything was within reach. Close to Cabot circus for shopping and food and there’s a Sainsbury just a few steps away. There’s also a great park very close to the hotel if you want to get out for a walk.The check in and check out was smooth and quick.
Very polite & helpful staff at check in. Free complementary house cocktail on arrival. Very tidy, Morden, trendy and comfortable beds. Can’t fault the facilities. Parking available just across the road in Cabot Circus car park - lady at reception was able to give discount on my parking ticket for staying at the hotel. Cabot Circus just across the road with a lot of options for food choices and do to some retail therapy to pass time. Reasonable check out time (midday)! Excellent would stay again, great value for money!
Great location -- easy walking distance from the bus depot, Cabot Circus shopping quarter, and the waterfront. The flat was a lot larger than what I'm used to and was, for the most part, well equipped.
The staff were amazing- all so friendly, flexible and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. I was checking in and out on my own with young children and it really made a huge difference. Best hotel staff I have ever come across.
The hotel is really well located between Cabot Circus and Temple Meads station. Rooms are well kitted out and clean. There are also interconnecting rooms for families.
I will be recommending this hotel to any family/ friends coming to visit Bristol!
