The location was great, and parking being next to the hotel with a fair price. The staff were very pleasant and professional, and the size of the room was perfect. Comfortable set up with a desk and great desk chair, multiple device charging options. The complimentary 2 water bottles in the fridge and a kit kat were a lovely touch. Breakfast was basic but catered for both hot and cold options.

Friendly staff, comfy and clean room, tasty breakfast
Staff were exceptional especially reception, looked after my great neices so well and made they stay feel very special. Clean comfortable rooms with couple of chairs and table and a lovely shower. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and well cooked. NCP Car park was literally next door and also very handy for Cabot Circus
The room was cosy, comfortable and had all the amenities you would expect (a nice shower, a desk, plenty of lighting, a hair dryer, etc). The location was very convenient for getting between Temple Meads station and other places you might want to go, like the Harbourside, Broadmead, Cabot Circus, Clifton or Stokes Croft. There's a convenience store a short walk from the hotel.
The hotel is right next to Cabot Circus giving easy access to many restaurants and shops and bus routes. Parking included in the room rate is a real bonus as well.
The staff were excellent - really cheerful, helpful and efficient and they would be the reason I would stay again at the hotel. Cleanliness was better than average.

Wonderful welcome at check-in and wonderful stay. With a son in University in Bristol, we have stayed at this hotel often. It has been the perfect location and hotel for us. A short walk from the Temple Meads train station (where you can also get on the bus to Bristol airport), and so close to the Cabot Circus shopping area. Perfect!
Spacious room with twin double beds, which beats other twin rooms offered by other hotels in the area. Great location right next to Cabot Circus and the car parking arrangement is brilliant, especially being able to enter and exit the car park outside of the clean air zone.
The apartment in itself was fine. A bit small, like a box but good for solo traveller. But the only thing that was off is that the lift was a bit smelly. Apart from that for 2 days it was alright! Would recommend to a solo traveller. And it is only 5mins walk not even to cabot circus!
I was the first guest when this beauty appeared new and available.
The apartment is located in Portland Square, near the Cabot Circus shopping mall, with TV, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, large and luxurious bathroom, quality towels, and a variety of pots and pans.
The bed is on the top floor, I don't like this type of room because I'm a tall woman (1.73 m), but it was comfortable.
The best thing of all is the automatic check-in without the need for keys, just codes at the entrance to the building/apartment. (LOVE IT)
