Brilliant location right in the old town and very well located for taxi drop off (no cars in the old town and it’s just on the edge) and public transport (metro and train station within a couple of minutes walk). The room was perfect for our 2 night stay, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were welcoming and friendly, giving us advice about onward travel and recommendations for dinner. I’d highly recommend the Bilder Boutique hotel for a stay in Bilbao.

lots of restaurants etc here. good to book ahead...even for the same evening as during tourist times it was pretty busy. we happened on a local festival day and getting food was a challenge!! we did eventually and it was great.

We loved everything about the property. Maria was an exceptional host helping us with whatever we needed. The apartment is beautiful, especially the bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The location couldn't have been better - 2 mins from Plaza Unamuno and 4 min walk from Plaza Nueva.
Superbly located in a quiet pedestrianized street close to Plaza Nueva and the tram line . Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent messaging from Sebastián on day of arrival and he greeted us warmly. Good Wi-Fi. Very well equipped kitchen
The location of the hotel is brilliant, facing the river, right on the edge of the old town, just around the corner from the wonderful Plaza Nueva. Some of the bedrooms would offer amazing views over the town. The staff were friendly, spoke good english and were helpful. The room was clean, beds comfy and we were able to leave our bags near reception when we had checked out of our room, before we checked into our next accommodation.
What a perfect location!!! Close to a tram stop and one of the train stations, close to Plaza Nueva (great pintxos bars) and the San Nicolas church where many tours start. We loved Bilbao and thus hotel was clean, comfortable, safe, spacious, well-appointed, and perfectly located. I'd stay here again!
The location of this Pension was excellent for exploring the old part of Bilbao. There were excellent tapas bars and restaurants in the nearby Plaza Nueva. We walked to the Guggenheim in 15 minutes along the river. There was also a taxi stand nearby so we were able to get out to the airport easily. The breakfast was plentiful.
Hotel is well located, just across the river from the train station, in the old town. Plaza Nueva is close, with a number of Pintxo bars and other restaurants. Easy walk along the river to the Guggenheim.

Fantastic location next to plaza Nueva and wonderful pintxos. The room was excellent. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and recommended activities and places to eat.
Perfect location next to Plaza Nueva, yet completely quiet inside. Host could not have been more thoughtful in terms of helpfulness and in thinking of every needed detail. Lovely large bathroom and big fully equipped kitchen. Everything spotlessly clean. Could not have been better. Hope to return.
