The hotel was well proportioned, clean and in the perfect location, close to Plaza Nueva and restaurants. Easy access to Metro, buses, trams, and train station. Staff was very helpful, especially Nadia at the front desk.
Brand new and stylish, situated in the heart of the old town and just a short walk from Plaza Nueva, Mercado de La Ribera, and numerous pintxos bars. While the room is somewhat compact, it is suitable for two guests. The staff were nice and friendly; the lady at the front desk gave recommendations for pintxos bar suggestions to check out. Although I didn't take advantage of it, I liked that there was a coffee shop in the lobby area.
We loved staying in this cozy B&B in the heart of Bilbao’s old city (Plaza Nueva). We loved that we could easily walk everywhere and go out for Pintxos downstairs in the plaza. The hosts were helpful, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The room had everything we needed and was super comfortable.
The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Its location was exceptional—right in Plaza Nueva, close to trams, buses, and the metro. Plaza Nueva is also a fantastic spot to enjoy pintxos and unwind at the end of the day. Carmel was incredibly kind, providing us with all the details we needed and promptly answering any questions. We had a wonderful stay!
We loved everything about the property. Maria was an exceptional host helping us with whatever we needed. The apartment is beautiful, especially the bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The location couldn't have been better - 2 mins from Plaza Unamuno and 4 min walk from Plaza Nueva.
The location of the hotel is brilliant, facing the river, right on the edge of the old town, just around the corner from the wonderful Plaza Nueva. Some of the bedrooms would offer amazing views over the town. The staff were friendly, spoke good english and were helpful. The room was clean, beds comfy and we were able to leave our bags near reception when we had checked out of our room, before we checked into our next accommodation.
The location of this Pension was excellent for exploring the old part of Bilbao. There were excellent tapas bars and restaurants in the nearby Plaza Nueva. We walked to the Guggenheim in 15 minutes along the river. There was also a taxi stand nearby so we were able to get out to the airport easily. The breakfast was plentiful.
