Breakfast : The view of the museum was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast itself was exceptional. The only downside was that the price felt a bit high, but aside from that, everything was perfect.
Above all, the hotel's location right in front of the museum is its biggest advantage. It truly feels like you're staying at the Guggenheim Museum itself. The city center is not far, making it easy to walk, and there are also famous dining areas nearby.
The staff were aslo very friendly and always ready to help, and the facilities were excellent.

Outstanding location, just in the heart of the old city Casco Viejo. Most of attractions are reachable by foot.
Famous Plaza Nueva with plenty of places to enjoy delicious Pinxos is just around the corner.
The coffee shop-Internet cafe in the lobby is very welcoming, the carrot cake is highly recommended.

Wonderful location at Plaza Nueva! All the busy noise and loud people on the square were very nice to experience, luckily you don’t hear a sound in the rooms! All sightseeings on walking distance. A lot of restaurants, bars and pinchos-bars in the area.
The room is small, as is the bathroom, but the bed is comfortable. Everything you need for a citytrip. There is no personnel, entrance protocol is send before arrival.
Best to arrive by public transport, since the pension is in the centre of the old town.
Really brilliant location, 1 minute from Plaza Nueva. in the heart of the old town, and walkable to the Guggenheim and everything else. The room was good value with very comfortable beds, a good shower with toiletries provided, and fun, director inspired decor. Appreciated the coffee machine and hair dryer, which I would not normally expect at this price point. Friendly staff and quiet despite being very near to the centre of all the Bilbao action
The friendly and helpful staff. The ease of parking. We were upgraded which was rather lovely. Lovely room. Really good breakfasts. The location is good. You can walk to the Old Town in 10 minutes or catch the bus just outside the hotel. We had one evening meal in which was good but the menu is limited - we had the second evening meal out on the Plaza Nueva which was lovely. It took 20 minutes to drive to the Ferry Port.

The best flat we have ever stayed in. Newly renovated in a very captivating style, extremely clean and the location is just awesome, close to Plaza Nueva with lots of bars and restaurants. Mercedes, the host, was very kind and provided us with a bunch of tips on where to eat and what to see in Bilbao and surroundings. Absolutely recommended!
