We loved everything about this hotel! From the wonderful welcome from the man who immediately relieved us of our luggage to the warmth and professionalism of the concierge and the front desk team! One of the concierge team whose name I have forgotten ( please forgive me) had a cake sent to our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary! She also gave us a welcome tour of the hotel! Such kindness! Then there was the absolute comfort and luxury of our beautiful room kept in perfect condition by the cleaning team who were always available in case you needed any extra towels! The same warmth and professionalism was again extended to us by the breakfast and dinner teams in the restaurant and by the splendid team by the swimming pool and the kindness of the lady who worked tirelessly in the hot sun to keep us happy! A special thank you to 2 magnificent attendants who knew exactly where we liked to lounge and who made sure that I was under the shade all day long! My husband treated himself to a splendid massage thanks to the splendid Sara and Mustafa of the Spa! They showed us such care and attention! We need to give a very special thanks to Mosiam of the hairdressing and beauty salon whose team were also magnificent! We were shown such a deep affection from the personnel of the hotel that we felt like family not just guests!

The location, the building and outside spaces were all outstanding. Marina and Mohammed were extremely welcoming and made us feel genuinely individually treated. The food was varied and fresh every day. With the hotel's own boat across river to the centre of Luxor this is an ideal place to stay.

Wonderful recent Hotel in a quiet place with great view on the Nile and the west bank of Luxor. Lovely swimming pool and also a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and can arrange anything you need. Said, the manager, helped us organizing and customizing our tours and gave us very good advice, and Khaled took very good care of us during our stay. Food is excellent with fresh fruits and vegetables grown on the property.
We would love to come back and definitely recommend this Hotel !

Visit the museum when it reopens at 8pm. It's not overwhelming like the national museum in Cairo, but it has numerous important statues and other artifacts taken from sites around Luxor that you view during daylight.

Amazing location, 5 minutes away from Luxor temple. Easy walk to the train station and to Luxor museum. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful with organising transport to the attractions and giving advice and tips on what to do. Good communication before arrival and during the stay. The restaurant had amazing food and a great view of the Valley of the Kings and takes card. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.
It was a very large apartment at a good price, ideal for families. Very close to it there was a supermarket and the Luxor temple and the Luxor museum! Omar was very kind and helpful to us.

Not only was the location of this hotel walking distance to Luxor museum and Karnak, the staff were the most accommodating and helpful people we’ve encountered on our trip. They were so friendly, one time we put our laundry out on the balcony, and they even put all the clothing on a drawing rack for us, the breakfast was delicious and free! The breakfast man even remembered what we did and didn’t like so he could change our plates for the next day. Senia is so sweet and kind. Definitely recommend!! Thank you, Rezeiky!!!
Hotel is very well situated for visiting Luxor Museum, Mummification Museum, and getting on the public ferry to cross the Nile.
