- I was upgraded to a larger and much better room at the Oz Hotel, which was a huge plus compared to the smaller rooms at OzLuxury hotel.
- The staff was incredibly accommodating and super nice, assisting me with laundry and even offering a free dinner on my first evening.
- The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
- The breakfast was absolutely stunning with a lot of variety, and the staff kept everything clean and replenished until 10 AM, which was impressive.
- The hotel is close to the beach and all necessary amenities.
- The checkout time of 1 PM was a big bonus, giving me extra time to relax before leaving.
- The overall value for money was excellent, and the security was good.

First time as a customer at Oz Hotel and I honestly don’t have words to describe my satisfaction. The employees were very friendly, even if I don’t speak Spanish, they did their best to help me in English, very clean facilities, amazing room (I got an upgrade without asking it), comfy bed (I’m a really difficult person when it comes to sleeping) and the most important, the breakfast! Don’t skip the breakfast.!!! From my bottom of my heart, I big thank you!!!
