We had a unique experience at The Casa Isabel Boutique Hotel. It was magical place, the facilities were very comfortable, the service is unbeatable, the decoration is beautiful, a wonderful view from Las Palmas room. We were lucky to meet the owner Carlos who was very nice. He took a video of us by drone an post it on the hotel Instagram page.
The receptionist Julio had a good customer service and we had very interesting conversations.

Attention from the staff was top notch. They were there for anything we needed and with an excellent customer service attitude.
