I picked this hotel because it's a 10 minute walk from the east gate of the park. Very convenient. Room was nice but a bit small. In front of the hotel is a busy street where they sell food at night. Some people use a microphone to promote their products. You can hear that in your hotel room. Could be annoying but we had noise cancelling headphones with us and earplugs. It will be quiet around midnight. There are no western restaurants to be found in this town which is always a challenge if you are vegetarian. We ate at the restaurant next to the hotel two times. You can ask for plain rice and get some egg and veggies. The meat is usually spicy, even if you ask for not so spicy.

Great hotel which is clean and well located (5mins walk from the main entrance of the national park). The hotel itself was nicely decorated, very spacious and clean with amenities provided. Lots of natural light fills the room, and great food options nearby. The owners and staff here are great. They helped us in building an itinerary for the Zhangjiajie scenic area. Not only did they suggest locations to visit, but they told us how to get to and from each of those locations - they can even help book taxis. We were also able to buy tickets for all recreation in Zhangjiajie with the hotel. Overall a great stay with great hospitality which really made the trip memorable. We would love to come back.

We had a very pleasant stay here at this hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, even with the tatami beds we felt that it was cozy and the bed was spacious for 2 person to roll around. The rooms are clean and had all necessities, they even provided welcome snacks and drink for us when we arrived, and gave us a bag of extra snacks when we left! There’s a laundry washing machine for free available on the top floor. The staff were very nice and friendly, they ensured that we have everything we need and made us feel very welcome. I saw her patiently using a translator app to help non-Chinese speaking foreigners too. The location is just nice 10mins walk from the bus station, and about 15-20mins walk to the entrance of the park. We would had loved to stay longer if we can! Super recommended++
