The location is good. Just within 5 mins walk to cableway. There are many restaurants just next to the hotel, you can enjoy the local food with various price range. The hotel staff are helpful, I called to hotel info them I have to late check in at 9pm and they were ok. All drink set in the room refrigerator are FREE. There are FREE late supper （congee and mantou bread) at restaurant 21:30-23:00. Breakfast in hotel around CNY43, if your package not included hotel breakfast. I chose to get some local noodles nearby.
Last but not least, the WiFi is in good speed. It is stable enough to support me to have a whole day web meeting within my stay.

Excellent location next to the Tiamen Mountain Cable Car station. The host helped us with the visit to the places of preference. Very clean, friendly staff. Every day they have cleaned the room, water, clean towels, comfortable and clean beds etc. everything good! Many places to eat around and convenience stores next door.

Would recommend to stay at least 2 days to be able to get the most from this incredible place.
We personally have been very happy to do both the Tienman Mointain and the Zhangjiajie National park to see the avatar mountains since the landscape was very different (but beautiful in both cases!!)
In the Zhangjiajie National park we also encountered a lot of monkeys, cute but also nauty (they will steal your food if you carry any in your hands!)

From Zhangjajie city it is a drive of 1 hour to reach the entrance of the National Park. Therefore we stood at Yoba Boutique Hotel in the village of Wulingyuan. From there it is only a 400m walk to the main entrance of Yangjiajie National Park. So we could start early, just when they opened, and avoided the huge crowd. The sights of the National Park are overhelming and one of the most impressive things, we ever encountered.

We loved this location so much we changed our travel plans to stay another night. This area is incredible. There are three parks to visit, the Forest Park (Avatar mountains), Tianmen mountain (thousand stairs), and Glass Bridge. These three sites offer a huge range of activities and natural beauty to appreciate, you could easily spend a week or more here, I think. There is also excellent infrastructure and accessibility accommodations, many of the trails were partially or entirely wheelchair accessible, with many transport options for guests who cannot or do not want to take the long hike to viewpoints. Good for all levels or activity and for children.
Be sure to try the local tea shops! Zhangjiajie is known for its tea production and the tea sellers were all very friendly and willing chat.

The parks are absolutely gorgeous.
The parks are absolutely gorgeous. My favorite place was Tianmen mountain. I was here for a week and unfortunately it rained almost every day. The places are really beautiful, but this place is EXTREMELY touristy. A lot of the places/areas (especially the glass bridge) felt like what I would describe as “Nature’s Disneyland.” You get to see beautiful sites, but from the fenced pathway that you’re on. Having to pay a bunch of money for every place also takes away the magic a bit. It’s also incredibly hard to get pictures without other people in them. And then there’s the “queues.” You will not be alone. I would still recommend going, but if your goal is to go somewhere peaceful, and to escape to nature this is not the place for that.

I was here for one and a half days only.
I was here for one and a half days only. I came here on a high speed train from Changsha, it took only 2 hours. First day I spend the evening at Baofeng lake, it’s was really beautiful, and costs 110 ¥. You will have a transportation from the gates to this lake and then a boat trip around lake. Such a nice view!!! Next day I had a hiking in the national park. I was walking really fast but still had enough time to take pictures everywhere so I can see all the spots in one day. I started from elevator and then went to the top of the tyanzi mountain and walked down it. And then I went to the oxygen square and had a cable up to the mountain.

Had an excellent time during my stay. The rooms were very clean and modern. Staff is also friendly and helpful, as they provided me explanation on how to make my way through Tianmenshan and Zhangjiajie National Park (Avatar Mountains) and I was picked up and dropped of at the airport. They also provided delicious food. The location is ideal, as it’s close to both the airport and Tianmenshan. Would definitely stay here again.

This is such an amazing hotel that you cannot miss it. It's the only one in Zhangjiajie and you have the view of the spectacular sunset and sunrise. The hotel manager is so nice and he met all our requirements. They also have a wonderful chef and cook wonderful meals. And yes, living in the scenic area can make sure that you avoid all tourists and enjoy the view yourself.
First, i thank Anine who helped a lot in booking all the attractions for my family and guided us in the right way to utilise the complete stay in Zhangjiajie. The hotel has a vintage appeal, located in the prime location with a lot of restaurants. The rooms are good. They offered us a delicious breakfast and the hotel has a washer and dryer.
