Clean, comfortable, perfect location (5min walking from the main gate to Zhangjiajie National Park). The staff helped us to decide the routes and to buy the tickets in advance. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful hosts. Room was spacious and so cozy. Bathroom was huge with hot water. Balcony was really nice. 5 minute walk to the east side park entrance, which was so convenient. 10 minute walk to the local bus station that takes you to other touristy spots outside the park (such as the glass bridge). Immediately outside the guesthouse was plenty of restaurants and a night market.

Best location for the park entrance-walk 3 minutes. The host, owner, and staff are exceptionally friendly and help everything.BTW ,the coffee and fruit tea served at the hotel are outstanding, providing a delightful flavor that is both refreshing and satisfying. The staff was so kind and happy all the time, they helped me a lot and all of them spoke English, which is pretty rare in China, even in some hotels. They told me what was the best way to visit the park and also where else to go. The shared dorm was clean, had shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer, clean sheets, futon, and pillow. Also curtains for privacy. I enjoyed my stay a lot. We played billar in the common area and the staff gifted me tea.
