What a beautiful property! My husband and I were blown away with just how beautiful this hotel was. We were very happy with the size of our room (large bathroom, plenty of sitting space, spacious balcony). The breakfast had a great variety of items. The location is just in front of the Lugano station. It was in easy reach for me. The room was very spacious and clean and had the perfect view of the mountain. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and provided all information about Ticino.
the location is great 10 mins to Funiculare and easy to catch train at Lugano Station, it’s easy to walk to christmas market, centre park and lake. The room is cozy and clean. Breakfast is really great especially cold cut and cheese. All Staff are friendly and heartfelt.
Host was very nice , coordinate with us very well , very well explained everything , location was ok not far not very close just 16 minutes walk from Lugano station.its fairly clean nice and reasonable room with normal reasonable facilities.
