It's one of the more reasonably priced apartments around about 20min from Lugano station. The kitchen facilities were good and it comes with a good dishwasher. Rooms are spacious and windows come with blackout blinds.

This was our second stay at the Park Hotel. We liked the room and its location, especially the short and easy approach to and from Lugano station. The staff were out of this world, so courteous and helpful, both restaurant/breakfast room and reception.
The hotel is situated only two minutes from Lugano Station. Although it is quite sober it is also very clean and neat, with the necessary soap, shampoo and towel. The bed is of good quality. I liked the balcony for sitting out on a balmy night. Staff was helpful and polite.
The apartment is very well located in a quiet and accessible residential area. Only 20 minutes walk to Lugano station, a few minutes walk to the center and the lake shore, and numerous pubs, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets in the area. In addition the apartment is well equipped and very comfortable, it has a beautiful balcony overlooking the heart of the block, the mountains peeking out from behind the surrounding buildings.
Location was so perfect, short walk from Lugano station and had the most gorgeous view of Lake Lugano.
The entire hotel and all the amenities were better than expected. The staff was very kind and held luggage when we arrived early as well as gave a bottle of water on departure.
