This hotel is in the PERFECT location. I would definitely stay here again. It's steps away from the Chapel Bridge and only a few blocks from the train station and close to shopping and yet it's quiet and upscale and has an Italian restaurant attached.
The bed was comfy, which is very important to me, and I loved having a kettle for tea and coffee in the room.
the front desk is kind ,and attended to my concerned,I was not able to get the name of the young lady,the first time we checked in,that was June 02 ,2024.

Had a great experience staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment right in the heart of Lucerne. You can literally step out the door and walk a few minutes to the iconic Chapel bridge. The reception was communicative and accommodated an earlier check-in. I worked from the apartment during the day, so the apartment's great WiFi connectivity was very welcome. All in all, we had a great experience, would definitely stay here again!
The location was so good, near train station and Lucerne Landmark i.e. chapel bridge & lake and also shopping area. The staff was great. I also got upgraded room type from the Hotel. I was appreciated.
