Although the location is away from Lucerne, it was a quick 15 bus ride from the train station right to the hotel.
All the staff were exceptional. They had staff carry our luggage to our upstairs room. The chef-owner Marcus was a wonderful host, as was his wife, and the restaurant was amazing!

The 2 room apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and was equipped with everything-from pots and pans, coffeemaker, dishwasher, hairdryer and iron. It was a 5 minute walk to a grocery store, 15 minute walk to train station, Chapel Bridge, restaurants and shopping!!

This hotel was the best value in all of Lucerne. The location couldn’t be better. The Chapel Bridge and Lion Monument were very close and most tours start by the train station. We saw the hotel the minute we left the train station and it was a 5 minute walk with our luggage. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pub had great food and drink. No AC but very few hotels in Lucerne have AC, but cracking window at night made it cool enough to sleep.

Loved that the hotel was just a few minute walk to the train station!! Also, we could easily walk to the Chapel bridge and to restaurants. In fact, we walked all over the city from this location. In addition, a big bus stop was just around the corner. Our hotel gave us 2 free passes. We easily jumped on the bus to get to Kriens so that we could go to Mount Pilatus. Great location.
Had a great experience staying at this beautiful and spacious apartment right in the heart of Lucerne. You can literally step out the door and walk a few minutes to the iconic Chapel bridge. The reception was communicative and accommodated an earlier check-in. I worked from the apartment during the day, so the apartment's great WiFi connectivity was very welcome. All in all, we had a great experience, would definitely stay here again!
The location was so good, near train station and Lucerne Landmark i.e. chapel bridge & lake and also shopping area. The staff was great. I also got upgraded room type from the Hotel. I was appreciated.
