I travelled for work and only stayed one night. Mistakenly i booked the wrong date however the staff was excellent and corrected my booking immediately. All staff was friendly and helpful, the room was fantastic you are immersed in luxury from the moment you walk inside. Breakfast was fantastic with enough choice and high quality food. When leaving we received a small gift bag with water and chocolate. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance and when leaving the hotel you are immediately in the beautiful city centre. Definitely visiting again!

Chapel Bridge doesn’t span a lake, strictly speaking – it runs diagonally across the River Reuss, just next to Lake Lucerne. Such quibbles will disappear as soon as you set foot on it, though. This curious bridge is spindly, quaint and flanked by colourful flowerpots – a photogenic delight for all comers.
The apartment was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Having 3 separate sleeping areas meant everyone had their own space. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! Only a fve minute walk from the train station and right on the river overlooking Chapel Bridge.

Great apartment we have, so spacious, and full equipt with everything just like your own apartment. The location itself near from train station and near many tourist attraction like chapel bridge, lion monument etc. And ofcourse near with groceries, shops and everything you want😄
Absolutely lovely hotel on the river with the most amazing view of the river and the Chapel Bridge. Very, very comfortable bed with enough pillows. Our room had a stunning balcony and luckily it wasn't too cold so we could appreciate the stunning view quite regularly.
I could tell that this was professionally managed. Communication was excellent, and prompt, and that gave me a peace of mind from the minute I confirmed booking.

We upgraded from studio to 2 bedroom apartment as I want balcony. It so spacious for a couple. Apartment clean, shower very good, bed comfortable. What else you need for travel. Oh only 5mins to Chapel bridge and Spreue bridge. We checked in on 19/11/24 and on 20/11 was very heavy snow hence we can’t go to mount Rigi and Mount Pilatus as weather too bad, can’t see anything up there. People said November is good for Switzerland but NO, next time I will come back around Spring end August begins September
Great hotel close to train station and within easy walking distance to the Old Town and Chapel Bridge.
