Very nice and helpful staff, cleaned every day, everything is clean and new. Comfortable beds. We were in the room with the separate entry which was very cool. There is a free parking which is well organized. The breakfast was very nice.

I stayed at this place with my family.
The best part of this place is the proximity to Interlaken West train station (max 3 mins walk). There are good restaurants nearby and convenience stores.
We were given a massive 3 bedroom apartment which had 7 beds.
Its an average apartment. decent sized rooms, Basic amenities like dishwasher (although didn't work for us), microwave, oven, some groceries were also provided.
On the down side it had few Broken lights and moulds in toilets.
1. Ample space for 8 people
2. The apartment has 2 toilets/bathrooms.
3. Loaction is strategic as it is near Interlaken West train station and Co-op (makes buying groceries easy). Also a lot of restaurants near the apartment.
The location is good. It just few minutes walk from Interlaken West train station and city center. There is a bus station close to the apartment that convenient to travel to Interlaken Ost station.
We informed the host that we arrived at around 2 pm and hoped the apartment to be available and it was surpised that they made it for us. Thanks for the nice arrangement.
Very sweet and beautiful hotel with Swiss vibes. Hotel was really close to Interlaken west train station and restaurants and shops. From west train station you can get easily to ost train station or other connections. Hotel was very welcoming and people were really friendly. And we loved the dog! Thank you! We stayed six nights. Hotel is on a quiet street.
The place is super close to Interlaken West Train station, and most attractions in Interlaken area, plenty of restaurants closeby. The hotel is way better than what it looks from outside. You get a great view of the city and the mountains. The staff is friendly.
I really really love their friendly dog, Kai. Honestly made the stay super happy. It is also very near a bus station which can get you to Interlaken Ost. It is also an easy 15-20 minute walk from Interlaken West train station. The hotel gives an overall old rich classy vibe.
