This was a great surprise of a hotel. The building is historic and had so much character. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Like the most comfy I’ve had on my entire 2 week trip. The AC worked amazingly! Staff was great and a fun little bar and a great restaurant! Couldn’t ask for a better stay.
Excellent location next to Interlaken West train station. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. Everything was new. We messaged hotel to inquire about hair dryer and iron and it was provided.
The location was perfect for us. A little out of the way if you want to be right in the middle of EVERYTHING. For hustle and bustle you probably want to stay near the Interlaken Ost train station. This hotel was close to Interlaken West train station and perfect for travelers looking for peace and quiet... We saw paragliders, goats, and mountains from our window every day. You're still only a 20 minute walk to Interlaken Ost.
The staff were kind and the included breakfast buffet was yummy. The accommodations were comfy and it was nice that towels were provided. The terrace at the back of the hotel is a nice place to sit. The hotel is within walking distance of the Interlaken West train station.
Apartment is well-kept, clean, modern with good layout, all the amenities you need and plenty of space for our family of 4. Beds and linens are very comfortable with nice windows that open for fresh air. Bathroom is modern with all the amenities including a washer and dryer. Apartment is located just 10m from a bus stop and Interlaken West train station is only 5-7 minutes walk. The surrounding area has lots of good restaurants and grocery stores (COOP) nearby. Definitely will stay again.
Hotel Alphorn is a well maintained hotel and is a very short walk to the Interlaken West train station. It is well-run and has a very nice breakfast in the morning. Although it is rated a two-star hotel it has a value much greater than many three-star hotels I have stayed at. The owner went out of her way to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Good location near Interlaken West train station (walk about 5 minutes). There are bus stop in the front of the hotel. Their staff have good and kindly customer service. The room is newly renovated, clean and beautiful.

Beautiful old building, view of the mountains, simple but clean and cozy room. Heating worked well and you could regulate it (make it cooler at night). Good breakfast (you can get freshly fried eggs upon request). In walking distance from Interlaken West train station. Given the high price levels in Interlaken and Switzerland generally, the price is very good for what you get. They even have a washer and dryer in the building if you need it, for guests to use themselves. Very cozy hotel. Friendly staff.
